Promote Yourself Poster

Jump out Animal / Person

We used photoshop to make an image of an animal and a person seem like they were jumping out of a background. It didn't take too long and was very fun. We learned how to use the clone stamp tool and navigate Adobe photoshop better.
This is the finished product of the Promote Yourself Poster project. We used photoshop to make a poster basically "advertising" ourselves. I used grainy, saturated photos of skateboarding, concerts and album covers; as well as clip art of aliens and silly things which describe me as a person. (I love dinosaurs and space.)

In this project, we made a logo with our initials or something that represents ourselves. We started off with a paper sketch, and then completed it on photoshop.

In this project, we had to photoshop ourselves into an album/song cover and make it seem like we were originally in it. For this project, I did the single cover for the song Fat Lip by Sum 41. I used the single cover instead of the album cover because it seemed easier and looked more fun. I also created a music video for the song. (Project titled MUSIC VIDEO)
After we made the album cover, we had to create a music video of a song from that album or single. I chose Fat Lip by Sum 41, and it took me around 2-3 weeks to film. it was super fun, and I made good memories with my friends because of it.

In this project, we had to choose a word we had never heard before, and then make an image based off of its description. I chose "Ergophobia", which means the fear of work.
The second part of the Word definition image. We were assigned to make a video describing the word we chose. Ergophobia means "the fear of work".

In this project, we were given an object from Dollar Tree and had to make a commercial for it. I got toothbrush that had a frog head on it and could pop out and stuff.

We had to choose a movie and make a trailer for it as another genre, new movie, or add something different to the story line. i chose my favorite movie, Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World, and made a second movie trailer for it, as if Scott dies and has to fight all of the evil exes again to come back to life and be with Ramona. It took less than a week and was super fun. I used clips from multiple trailers.
Same Song (Audition) - Freaks Remix

In this project, we chose a song and had to remix it with 6 other versions, creating a mashup. I chose Freaks by Surf Curse, because it was easy, and I like the song.
Same Word (Audition) - Sentence Mashup
5/1/25
In this project, we had to choose 5 different songs, and either make them finish each other's sentences, or change when a similar word was said. I made my songs finish each other's sentences. The songs I chose were: Sublime - Santeria, Slayer - Seasons in the Abyss, Cypress Hill - Insane in the Brain, Descendants - Everything sux, Smashing Pumpkins - Today.

We were told to make a music video mashup of a song, and 5 covers of it. I chose one of my favorite songs, Ruby Soho by Rancid!
